THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Designer with a strong track record of collaborating across functions and driving user-centered solutions from discovery through delivery. You will bring expertise in design methods and research practices, using insights into user needs to inform product decisions and create meaningful outcomes.
Reporting to a Product Design Lead, you will play a key role in a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and product managers, helping shape the future of our products and experiences.
You will also have a solid foundation in UI and interaction design, enabling you to craft intuitive, effective, and cohesive experiences across our suite of products. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help translate complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions that deliver value for both users and the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Collaborate across disciplines with product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to define complex problem spaces, resolve competing outcomes, and design solutions that drive business efficiency.
• Drive design strategy by evaluating goals, metrics, and outcomes to determine the best approach for long-term product evolution.
• Lead discovery activities by defining strategic research briefs, selecting appropriate methodologies, and leveraging insights to directly influence product direction.
• Navigate technical constraints effectively, partnering closely with engineering to align design decisions with backend realities, data models, and API structures.
• Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions, using rapid sketching, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes to align teams around complex business logic.
• Ensure holistic consistency in terminology and navigation across all internal and partner-facing tools, advocating for accessibility and high usability standards.
• Autonomously create, update, and scale pattern guidelines within our design system to ensure existing platform tools evolve gracefully and new features launch cohesively.
• Partner closely with engineering throughout implementation, delivering clear, unambiguous specs and identifying process improvements for seamless handoffs.
• Bring exceptional visual and interaction craft to data-dense interfaces, designing clear workflows, large-form structures, and polished UI micro-interactions.
• Set the bar for design quality at Luxclusif, serving as an example for others while mentoring and advising peer designers in best practices, new tools, and techniques.
• Operate with high autonomy, driving impactful output across domains with minimal oversight while keeping teams aligned with the strategic product roadmap.
• Monitor the impact of released solutions post-launch, using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to iterate continuously.
WHO YOU ARE
• You have 5 to 8+ years of experience working as a Product Designer within digital product teams, with a strong focus on complex B2B platforms, internal tools, or operational software.
• A formal degree isn't required, but your depth of knowledge is equivalent to a BA/BSc/MA in HCI, Information Systems, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• You possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to present, defend, and connect design decisions across multi-domain stakeholders.
• You foster an environment of continuous, constructive feedback and proactively mentor junior and mid-level designers to elevate overall team craft.
• You are a strong UI/UX designer with deep expertise in structuring ambiguous workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and multi-step operational logic.
• You demonstrate your process, solutions, and expected outcomes using a data-informed, evidence-based approach and structured research practices.
• You know how to select and develop the right prototyping methods to de-risk complex interactions and edge cases at the right time.
• You have working knowledge of and hands-on experience maintaining and scaling full-stack design systems across complex web applications.
• You have a solid technical understanding of web constraints, data models, and APIs, helping you design realistic and feasible solutions.
• You are comfortable leveraging modern design, prototyping, and AI-powered tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of your output.
• You are able and willing to travel to other corporate offices when required.
• Having a basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Previous experience in pre-owned e-commerce, circular economy platforms, or resale operating systems is a plus.
