Join us in making a difference

Our Sales & Account Management team keeps trivago's global partners informed, satisfied, and set up for success — and we're looking for a proactive, data-minded student to help make that happen. You don't need a technical background, just curiosity for data and digital tools and a genuine interest in communicating with partners around the world, for around 20 hours a week with two days on campus.
In this role, you'll be the steady hand behind the scenes: resolving partner queries, keeping hotel profiles accurate, and supporting the team's day-to-day operations. Your work is felt immediately — every fix and every quick reply keeps our partners' trust in trivago strong. trivago is a place where ambition and support go hand in hand — we hold high standards and genuinely invest in each other's growth, so you'll get real feedback and room to grow. Curious? We'd love to hear from you — apply today!

How you’ll make an impact:

• Resolve content, inventory, or other partner problems and perform the needed corrections and adjustments to our product.

• Handle partner email requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain our partners' satisfaction.

• Communicate with partners to ensure price accuracy on trivago's platform.

• Communicate with and support partners on operational topics such as invoicing and data quality.

• Execute weekly checks of core metrics for partners in the team's portfolio.

• Support account managers with project-related administrative tasks.

What you'll need to thrive:

• Currently enrolled at a German university (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung required), ideally studying Business Analytics or Online Marketing.

• Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset — equally comfortable spotting a data inconsistency and handling a partner conversation with care.

• Good communication skills that allow you to work confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners, backed by fluency in English (our company language; external communication is primarily in writing).

• A genuine learning mindset — you approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to develop and grow.

• A performance mindset — you set ambitious goals for yourself and have the determination and resilience to follow through and achieve them.

• An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and automation — you actively explore how AI can enhance your work and are excited to grow alongside evolving technologies.

Not ticking every box? We still want to hear from you. Apply, tell us what motivates you, and you could be a great match—now or in the future. Your application does not need to include a photo. This is the recruitment process that you can expect for this role (subject to modifications):

• Hireflix: One-way video interview

• Case study assessment

• Technical interview with team + case study voice over
