Job Title - State Operations Head – Raipur
Department - OpeartionsEmployment Type: Full-time
Location: Raipur
Role OverviewAs the State Operations Head – Rajasthan, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution and operational excellence across the state. You will lead a team of Project Managers, Field Engineers, and Customer Delight professionals to deliver rooftop solar installations on time, with high quality, and customer satisfaction.This is a high-impact leadership role that combines people management, execution excellence, and customer obsession.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Hire, train, and manage Project Managers and field operations teams across the stateDrive a culture of ownership, quality, and customer-centricityOperational Excellence
Own and drive project delivery KPIs: TAT, quality score, NPS, and installation velocitySolve field escalations, civil/electrical site readiness issues, and DISCOM coordination hurdlesOptimize allocation of manpower, materials, and vendors to ensure timely deliveryCross-functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Supply Chain, and Customer Delight teamsEnsure seamless handoff of projects post-sale to installation and final handoverVendor & Quality Oversight
Onboard, train, and monitor local vendors and contractorsImplement and enforce SolarSquare’s quality and safety SOPs across every projectReporting & Reviews
Maintain accurate dashboards and project trackingLead daily/weekly reviews with internal teams and state stakeholders
Key Requirements
Education:BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferredExperience:5–10 years in project/field operations, preferably in solar, construction, telecom, infrastructure, or electrical industries.2+ years in a people management role is a must.
Skills:Strong leadership and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external)Operational planning, resource allocation, and hands-on execution mindsetFamiliarity with project management tools, CRMs, Google Sheets/Excel
Other Must-Haves:Based in Jaipur or open to relocatingWilling to travel within RajasthanTwo-wheeler + valid license; smartphone with internet
