Material Handler Team Lead - Springfield, OH

Position Duties and Responsibilities 

·         Lead and direct the Materials team. This is a working lead position.

·         Assign and re-assign tasks as necessary to

·         Pull orders daily for production per backlog in SAP

·         Establish targets and goals for completion of daily production orders

·         Oversee work of others to ensure that the production orders are pulled and processed correctly.

·         Train existing and new employees, as needed.

·         Coordinate with other teams to ensure production orders are properly communicated and executed daily.

·         Complete tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

·         Priorities:

·         Ensure Production line has needed parts to properly assemble orders

·         Monitor Warehouse inventories to ensure inventory accuracy

·         Ensure work areas are cleaned the last 5 minutes of the day

·         Ensure all materials entering warehouse are properly put away and located in SAP

·         Constant attention to detail.

·         Safety Orientated
