• Permanent Resident Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card – FormI-551 or printed notation on a machine-readable

immigrant visa (MRIV)

• Foreign Passport with I-94 or I-94A, Arrival/Departure Report bearing the same name as the passport and containing

Unexpired refugee admission (not parole) stamp, or citing any of INA 207, 8 U.S.C. 1157, USC 1324b(a)(3) or 8 CFR

274a.12(a)(3); or Stamp indicating asylum has been granted, or citing any of INA 208, 8 U.S.C. 1158, or 8 CFR

• Employment Authorization Card - Form I-776, indicating category A-01, A-02, A-03 or A-05

• Active Duty Military ID Card

• State Enhanced Driver’s License – must include U.S. flag

• Global Entry, Sentri or Nexxus Card – must identify U.S. Citizen or residency status

• Official U.S. Government Agency ID Badge (i.e., Dept. of Defense (DoD), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal

Bureau of Investigations (FBI), etc.)(PIV Cards with a BLUE stripe do not qualify)

• Common Access Card (CAC) (Can not have a blue letter “B” or a Blue Stripe)

• Certificate of Non-Citizen National in accordance with Section 341(b)of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 USC

1452(b)

• REAL ID (Only for Washington State issued as it uses ENHANCED ID Criteria).

*If legacy document with no picture, must be used in conjunction with photo ID from List 2 or 3

LIST 2

• US public birth certificate/Live Birth showing birth

in one of the 50 states, District of Columbia,

Puerto Rico (if born on or before January 1, 1941),

Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and

Swain’s Island or the Northern Mariana Islands.

Must be an original or certified copy issued by a

state, county, municipal authority or territory of

the US bearing an official raised/wet seal.

• Certification Report of Birth (DS1350)

• Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the

US (FS-240)

• Certification of Birth Abroad (FS-545)

• United States Citizen ID Card (I-197)

• Final Adoption Decree with child’s name and US as

place of birth

• Official military record of service that shows a US

place of birth (example: DD-214)

LIST 3

• Current state driver’s license with the

individual’s picture

• Enhanced driver’s license with picture (does not

have US Flag)

• Identification card issued by the state,

federal, or local government with the

individual’s picture and identifying

information, such as Indiana’s State ID card

issued for voting purposes

• School identification card with the

individual’s picture

• U.S. military card

• Military dependent’s ID card

• REAL ID

• US Non-Citizen National Card
