Job Description
Group manager for ECU technologies (AIT) development and industrilization for automotive products.
Lead R&D; group with multiple technical scopes for global and local AIT development, industrialization and integration in power module, ECU mechanical final assembly, and process reliability simulation.
Working within global engineering and CoC network for Know-How exchange and knowledge/competence transfer
Leading Business
-Support to derive department strategy and regular update of group strategy
-Drive innovation and market-fit technologies based on local and global market requirements
-Collaborate with different stakeholders like customer, mechanical engineering, manufacturing to achieve project success
Leading team
-Define and implmment sustainable competence management
-Continiously improvement of associate development by using career talks, feedback and/or coaching
-Manage group resources and capacity according to project priorization
Leading technical content
-Assure BES front loading (BOSCH Engineering System) DRBFM, MBE, PS, FAM, Risk Burn Down
-Support preventative quality culture / Support IDC prevention, reduction and rework
