Get to Know the Team

The Consumer Payments and Acquiring team at GrabFin Singapore manages a portfolio of credit and non-credit payment products, including GrabPay, PayLater/BNPL and merchant acquiring.

The team owns the end-to-end business and P&L; performance of these products in Singapore market - from go-to-market strategy and demand generation to partnerships, business operations and cross-functional collaborations. We work closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Product, Risk, Legal and Compliance to drive profitable growth while delivering relevant payment solutions for consumers and merchants.

Get to Know the Role

You will support the growth and performance of GrabFin's payment products in Singapore. You will lead selected demand-generation, business operations, partnerships and strategic workstreams that drive profitable growth.

This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Head of Consumer Payments and Acquiring, GrabFin Singapore. The role is based onsite at Grab's One-North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Strategise, plan and implement demand-generation campaigns for GrabFin's credit and non-credit payment products.
• Use product performance, consumer behaviour, competitor activity, merchant priorities and market seasonality to shape campaigns and growth plans.
• Own selected business performance workstreams, including target setting, budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews and action tracking across revenue, cost and profitability metrics.
• Analyse customer, merchant, product and transaction data to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance gaps and develop commercial hypotheses.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that expand product reach, strengthen customer propositions and create new growth opportunities.
• Support product and capability launches by defining the business case, go-to-market plan, success metrics and operating requirements.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance to deliver business priorities and resolve execution blockers.
• Prepare data-backed recommendations and business updates for senior management.
• Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Codex to automate analysis, campaign workflows and recurring business processes.
