Job Description

1. Main Responsibility

• Develop the BU promotion strategy with focus on bundle/kits promotions including Brand and trade marketing alignment, portfolio management, channel segmentation, sales targets and margin investment alignment with Pricing managers to ensure optimization of ROI and costs.

2. Key Activities

• Drive the implementation of the BU promotion (bundles/kits) based on local market requirements by being responsible for country scope, business case, CTG and LOG planning.

• Define with the hubs the BU promotion types (bundles/kits) and coordinate them with regards to optimal local implementation in term of production, postponement, logistics, sales communication etc. to ensure optimization of ROI and costs.

• Monitor the competitor’s promotion landscape to adapt BU promotion strategy where needed. Ensure tracking and analysis with the hubs of the promotion activities to extrapolate KPIs.

• Responsible to align with the “IT system” stakeholders (e.g. wishlist/dashboards) that all the needed system capability for implementation and steering are considered and implemented.
