Staff Technical Program Manager

This role will be based in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver cross-functional programs in LinkedIn’s Flagship product
• Develop partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
• Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
• Identify risks, resolve key program conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths
• Communicate program status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning
• Leverage AI for automating program management workflows
• Coach and mentor others in the best practices of modern planning and execution
