Talent Acquisition Intern - Mulund (W)
Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, good communication skills, and be comfortable speaking with candidates and handling multiple follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Update candidate status in recruitment systems/ATS.
• Support the TA team in closing open positions within timelines.
• Assist with other recruitment and HR activities as required.
Required Skills:• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Comfortable making candidate calls.
• Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Eligibility:• Graduate or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Freshers with a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment can apply.
• Candidates with 0–1 year of recruitment/TA experience are also welcome.
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Preferred Candidate Profile:Candidates looking to build a career specifically in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Recruitment, Sourcing, or Staffing will be preferred.
