Intern, Sales Operations Analyst

As a Sales Strategy and Operations Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to the real-world and will build your experiences and help you transform and elevate your career trajectory.
You will be part of the LATAM & Africa Talent Solutions team (teammates also based in Dublin and London). Main stakeholders include Sales leaders for main Latin America and Africa markets along with other key cross functional teams in the USA, Europe and Asia (Finance, Pricing, Mkt, Biz Operations).
Responsibilities:
• Track business performance and provide insights and recommendations to advise leadership on forecasting and performance management of the global LTS business.
• Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., financial planning, headcount, segmentation).
• Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a global level.
• Advise senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities.
• Present insights and recommendations to executives and global sales operations partners.
• Availability between 1 to 1,5 year of internship, 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
