Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python & Gen AI Senior devloper to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications. Tasks Design & develop Python scripting effectively and efficiently. Optimizing the existing source code in terms of memory and speed. Mentor and groom a team of Python developers. Contribute to Python based tool development and maintenance activities as SME. Handling tasks and managing customers & stake holders independently Working closely with cross-functional teams across geographies. Effectively communicating the progress & challenges across stake holders Technical Skills (M-Mandatory)  (M) Extensive programming experience & strong understanding in Python (M) Experience in Advanced features of Python.   (M) Good knowledge in Gen AI concepts (M) Sound in Designing and Implementation of Scalable features, Knowledge of Patterns and Industry best practices. (M) Experience with version control tools. such as GIT & Bitbucket. (M) Experience with Scrum in an Agile Development environment. (M) Knowledge in design patterns. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Process oriented and growth mindset.Preferred Technology  6-8 years of relevant programming experience in Python   Good experience in data structures, Algorithms & STL. Good experience in Multithreading / concurrent programming. Good experience in Software development from design to release. 2-5 years of extensive programming experience & strong understanding in Gen AI concepts. Experience in MATLAB is also an added advantage.Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Why Join Us?
