Senior Product Manager

The Exposures product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead complex, advanced, AI-heavy cybersecurity features across multiple disciplines from rollout to iterative learning loops. You will manage strategic initiatives, dive into technical details, and drive the strategy for Axonius's fastest-growing emerging product line, including a dedicated focus on building robust product compliance capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with global engineering, cyber research, sales, and marketing teams to scale enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, build and maintain the product roadmap, and drive full-lifecycle execution for advanced, AI-heavy enterprise cyber features.

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and product implementation for customer compliance modules (including frameworks such as ISO, SOC2, etc.).

• Work directly with enterprise customers to identify business needs, translate them into technical roadmap priorities, and optimize the customer experience.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Cyber Research, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver scalable software products to the global market.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software environment.

• Proven professional background in Cybersecurity or Networking with demonstrated Domain Knowledge.

• Hands-on experience owning and executing compliance-focused product initiatives and framework integrations (e.g., ISO, SOC2) within previously delivered products.

• Demonstrated experience managing, designing, or implementing AI-heavy components or machine learning features.

• Full professional proficiency in English with a documented track record of presenting complex product strategies to technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying software products to market at enterprise scale.

• Professional experience managing Platform Products or building enterprise Asset Management and Data products.

• Strong technical background in software engineering, system architecture, or computer science.

• Demonstrated history of navigating complex, multi-variable customer risk and governance environments.

• Experience collaborating closely with dedicated cyber research and threat intelligence teams.
