Job Description
Agile Coaching & Facilitation
• Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Coach the Development Team and Product Owner in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
Team Support & Leadership
• Foster a positive team environment and high team morale.
• Help the team remove impediments and blockers.
• Encourage collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
• Support conflict resolution and team dynamics.
Process & Standards Alignment
• Ensure adherence to Bosch’s internal standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Support project management tasks such as budget tracking, risk reporting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and drive Agile excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
• Facilitate communication between the team and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
