This role has a wider remit than the delivery of assurance reviews. Alongside assurance execution, you will help strengthen methodology, reporting quality, and manage GenAI-enabled tooling, while contributing to how the Compliance Assurance function evolves across the region.

• Define review scope, testing approach, and review programmes
• Build and perform testing of compliance controls
• Conduct fieldwork, reviews, and fact-finding meetings
• Maintain clear, accurate, and high-quality working papers
Turn findings into action
• Prepare reports that clearly set out findings, risks, conclusions, and required actions
• Work with business owners and management to agree practical action plans and mitigation steps
• Track agreed actions through to closure and report on progress
• Escalate high-risk issues where appropriate
Shape the wider assurance approach
• Support the Head of Compliance Assurance in developing and implementing the compliance risk monitoring and testing process
• Provide input into the annual Compliance Assurance Plan
• Support other EMAP Compliance colleagues in undertaking compliance testing and applying a consistent assurance approach
• Help maintain and evolve the EMAP Compliance Assurance methodology, reporting templates, and GenAI tooling to improve productivity and effectiveness
Support governance and regional insight
• Maintain accurate records in Archer and track open issues raised by the team
• Help keep management informed through clear reporting on key indicators, deliverables, and review progress
• Maintain a broad understanding of the business and regulatory environment in which Experian operates
Contribute insight on recurring risk themes and opportunities to improve assurance effectiveness across the region
