Vendor Management Team -

Job Description Required Qualifications & Experience:•

Bachelor's degree , along with experience in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.• 2-8 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle or Workday for vendor onboarding, vendor setup, and vendor master data management.

• Experience processing Vendor Creation, Modification, and Maintenance Requests.

• Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, compliance, and documentation requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor onboarding, setup, and modification requests in Oracle/Workday.• Ensure accurate vendor master data creation and maintenance.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to obtain required documentation.• Review and validate vendor information for compliance and policy adherence.

• Support vendor-related audits, reporting, and issue resolution.

• Maintain SLAs and ensure timely processing of vendor requests

.• Drive process improvements to enhance vendor management efficiency. Preferred Skills
