Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Test Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks, and a strong mindset toward quality and ownership.Experience in dashboard development and data visualization will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Python and/or Java.
• Develop and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Contribute to improving test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned testing and automation activities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analyze test results and provide clear reports and actionable insights.
• Continuously explore and implement better tools, techniques, and practices for test automation.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies, products, and business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with API testing, functional testing, regression testing, and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable automation code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
