Job Description
Technical Product Manager – Key Requirements• Minimum overall experience 8+ years, experience in technical product management, at least 3 years in healthcare products and healthcare domain workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare applications such as EMR/EHR, HMS, patient records, appointments, telemedicine, ABHA, and healthcare integrations.
• Ability to understand and document REST APIs, JSON request/response structures, Swagger, Postman, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, data mapping, data validation, and data migration.
• Ability to prepare user flows, process flows, sequence diagrams, and system diagrams using Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, backlog, sprint planning, bugs, and release tracking.
• Familiarity with Confluence/Notion, Figma, Agile/Scrum, UAT, regression testing, and release management.
• Basic understanding of cloud, DevOps, application security, and AI/GenAI products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate business, engineering, QA, and customer teams.
The candidate should be technically good, strong in communication skills and capable of working closely with architects and development teams, not limited to documentation or business coordination.
