Job Description
Position: Telecaller – SalesDepartment: Sales / Business DevelopmentReporting To: Sales Manager / Team Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or servicesExplain product features and benefits clearly and confidentlyGenerate leads and convert inquiries into salesFollow up with interested prospects and maintain a lead databaseAchieve daily and monthly calling and sales targetsHandle customer queries and objections professionallyUpdate call records, feedback, and sales status in CRMCoordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups
Qualifications & Skills:Any graduate or equivalent qualificationPrior experience in telecalling or sales is preferredStrong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to handle rejection and work under targetsBasic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
