Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Inventory Management• • Manage inward, storage, and issuance of materials
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Ensure proper identification, labelling, and preservation of materials
• Conduct periodic stock verification
Coordination• • Coordinate with PPC and Production for material planning
• Coordinate with Design/R&D; for BOM clarification and changes
• Coordinate with the Electronics team for electrical/electronic components
• Follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules and quality issues
Quality & Documentation• • Ensure materials meet required specifications and quality standards
• Maintain purchase, GRN, and store documentation
• Support audits and compliance requirements
Cost & Process Control• • Support cost reduction and alternate vendor development
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory
