Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-managing customer interactions and data- Developing and implementing CRM strategies- Analyzing customer behavior and preferences- Identifying sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling- Building and maintaining customer relationships- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams- Generating reports and insights to inform business decisions-Manage the all meetings with client.-Technical solution to the team.-Prepare the all reports of billing MIS.-Billing management.
