Warehouse Trainee — Role & Responsibilities
A Warehouse Trainee supports daily warehouse operations while learning proper procedures for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.Key Responsibilities
• Receive and inspect incoming goods.
• Check quantities, labels, and product condition.
• Store materials in the correct locations.
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods.
• Update stock records and inventory systems.
• Conduct stock counting and report discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist supervisors and experienced warehouse staff.
• Handle basic warehouse equipment safely after training.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Loading and Unloading the inward and outward.
