Job Description
Work with Power Tools Business units:
► Complete training on the SAP Sales and Service Cloud solution to provide support to the Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts, and the C4C Team in general
► Provide support for both Sales and Service modules to end users from Countries and Regions applying the Support Concept
► Communicate with different departments and business roles in order to support the Sales and Service Cloud implementation process
► Create, maintain, and improve existing SAP C4C training documentation
► Organize and deliver trainings to SAP C4C end-users
► Provide support across different testing activities (User Department testing, Regression testing, UAT, and Integration testing)
Work with technical department:
► Cooperate with the technical department during the implementation of technical requirements and bug-fixing processes
► Assist in creating documentation for business and technical requirements
► Test SAP Sales and Service solutions and document bugs
► Manage manual and automated data imports into the system
► Document processes and interfaces
► Perform data quality checks
