Department Introduction

• MS/EAE-XC

MS/EAE-XC is responsible for engineering and validation activities within Bosch, focusing on control units and system-level solutions & Sensortec.

The department delivers verification & validation (VnV), software/hardware integration, and project execution for automotive customers, supporting global and ASEAN projects.

With strong growth from a small testing team to a large-scale engineering unit, MS/EAE-XC plays a key role in driving system quality, scalability, and cross-domain collaboration.

Bosch Sensortec Products: Motion Sensors, Environmental Sensors, Smart Sensor Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Global Deployments: Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless production operations. Deliver the end-to-end CI/CD lifecycle—from repository management, automated image building, and containerization to seamless Kubernetes deployment.

• Cross-Regional Support & Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for deployments, working with experts across various time zones (including Europe and Asia-Pacific). Assist in writing infrastructure/application code and provide full-lifecycle support for running applications.

• Continuous Innovation & Acceleration: Drive infrastructure modernization by keeping applications running on the latest technology stack. Participate in regular code/infrastructure reviews to continuously improve and simplify our current system landscape.

• Future-Orientation & Tech Evaluation: Research, benchmark, and test emerging platforms and architectures (cloud-native, hybrid cloud, or alternative software solutions) to support scalable business growth.
