Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for customer requirement management, system requirement analysis, and requirement traceability in automotive projects. The role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to clarify function definition, support solution discussion, and ensure high-quality requirement specifications. Good code reading capability, structured problem-solving skills, and solid understanding of engine and vehicle-related functions are expected. Experience in hybrid functions and basic OBD regulation knowledge are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer and system requirements, and support system solution discussion.
• Manage customer requirements, perform requirement breakdown, and maintain requirements in relevant tools.
• Define and review system requirements with HW/SW/Test/Architecture teams to ensure feasibility and consistency.
• Manage customer change requests and lead impact analysis.
• Clarify function definition with customers and provide appropriate technical suggestions.
• Support PM/PCM/Architect/Tester and other stakeholders in requirement-related activities.
• Ensure requirement traceability across different levels and related process areas.
• Support requirement clarification and issue analysis through code reading and functional understanding.
