Job Description
• Business Operations, Compliance & Audits
• PMI Project Management: Take ownership of PMI projects assigned by BV.
• IP Management.
• Export Control & Compliance: Execute and monitor export control processes to ensure Hub operations comply with international and internal export control regulations.
• RBA System Maintenance: Implement and maintain RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards, promoting responsible corporate operational practices.
• Audit Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate Internal System Audits and Customer Audits. Responsible for pre-audit preparation, on-site coordination, and tracking the closure of post-audit corrective actions.
• IT, Administrative Facility Management and Culture Initiatives
Manage office IT infrastructure and enforce data security. Oversee daily administrative services and facility management to ensure smooth Hub operations. Drive and execute culture promotion initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
