Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of our company's transformation. You will rotate through various commercial and technical departments—in Germany and worldwide—and support Bosch as a strategic sparring partner abroad. Your mission: challenge existing processes, drive change, and achieve challenging, meaningful goals.

What you will learn and develop with us:

Your academic foundation:
You have graduated with an outstanding Master's degree or Diploma and have set relevant academic priorities. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience.
