Job Description
We are looking for a motivated engineer to join our R&D; team and support the development, validation and launch of next-generation heat pump water heaters. This role offers the opportunity to work close to product innovation, laboratory testing and engineering decision-making, contributing directly to new product introduction and continuous improvement.
Your contribution to something big:
• Support the development and industrialization of new heat pump water heater products;
• Analyze current and upcoming legislation, standards and technical requirements applicable to products;
• Define validation strategies, test plans and engineering test methods;
• Execute laboratory testing, measurements and performance evaluations;
• Prepare clear technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders;
• Participate in troubleshooting, brainstorming and root cause analysis activities;
• Support engineering change management processes during product development;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Quality, Product Management and Manufacturing.
