Job Description
• Overall Project leader for Bosch Home Comfort Time to Market Projects
• Be representative of project team at the project steering committee
• Manage the whole project process and the project’s escalation and problem solving
• Lead the project team to achieve project KPI targets
• Project documents configuration management
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders and move the project forward
• Proactively lead project problem solving process for unexpected situations and scenarios
• Coordinate and organize project meetings, milestone reviews etc.
• Actively seeking for opportunities of improvement for project processes
