Job Description
- BPS maturity assessment evaluation and coach for BPS essentials
- Coaching the BPS plant mission and vision
- Supporting the definition and deployment of short- to mid-term product strategie
- Leading fast improvement activities (Speed Week, 3 Weeks Training, Jishuken) on defined value streams
- Toolbox development and promotion for continuous improvement, such as KPI tree, powershift, simulation etc.
- BPS related competence development in RBCW, including training, project coaching, good practice sharing
- Supporting System CIP projects in direct and indirect areas
- PGL workshop moderation
-Proficient in using MTM, planCTA
-Familar with Ergo priciple and can be used for MAE release
-Layout plan and optimization
