Job Description
• Participate in and lead workstreams within technology consulting engagements, focusing on enterprise management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies (SAP S4 Hana, ERP) to solve complex business and management challenges.
• Design solution architectures and functional designs aligned with client business requirements.
• Engage with global and regional stakeholders in multinational or Global projects. Participate in the global SAP projects with other Bosch firms in other countries.
• Support project planning, delivery management, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Prepare high-quality project deliverables, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and presentation materials.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants; review their work and provide constructive feedback.
• Support business development activities such as proposal preparation, solution demonstrations, and thought leadership contributions.
