Business Compliance Mananger

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Business Compliance Specialist to join our team in Kingston, Jamaica. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing compliance programs that ensure our organization meets all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work collaboratively across departments to maintain a strong compliance culture while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with Jamaica's regulatory environment and organizational standards
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to evaluate organizational adherence to legal requirements, industry standards, and internal policies
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and legislation; analyze their impact on business operations and communicate necessary adjustments to relevant stakeholders
• Manage compliance documentation, records and reporting systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility and regulatory compliance
• Identify compliance risks across the organization; perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to senior management
• Coordinate with department heads and operational teams to ensure compliance with established policies and regulatory obligations
• Prepare and present compliance reports to executive leadership and regulatory bodies as required
• Investigate compliance violations and non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions
• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees to foster organizational awareness and adherence to policies
• Stay current with regulatory developments and industry best practices to continuously improve compliance programs
