Job Description
POSITION:
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
• Lead complex analytical workstreams: structure project questions, guide research, data analysis, financial and pricing modelling, and ensure outputs are rigorous, accurate, and directly relevant to client needs.
• Translate evidence into clear recommendations: turn data, market research, and access insights into compelling client-ready deliverables, helping shape the storyline behind strategic recommendations.
• Guide project delivery and support junior colleagues: coordinate defined workstreams, review outputs, support prioritization, and help Associate Consultants and Consultants develop through practical coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to client discussions and project direction: manage working-level client interactions, support alignment across stakeholders, and bring clear analytical perspectives that help move the project forward.
• Build expertise and strengthen the team’s capabilities: deepen your knowledge in global Market Access & Pricing, contribute to proposals, develop reusable knowledge assets, and share expertise across the team.
