At Experian, policy governance helps ensure we operate, responsibly, and follow our strategic goals. As our Policy Enablement Manager, you'll help evolve our Global Policy Framework. You'll guide digital innovation and help colleagues across the business better understand and apply policy requirements. We will achieve this through technology, automation, and AI.
This is a home based role reporting into our Senior Controls Advisory Manager.
Work that matters – What you'll do
• Lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Experian's Global Policy Framework, standards and policy lifecycle.
• Partner with Executive Risk Owners and Policy Owners, providing governance expertise and guidance throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Promote the development of AI-enabled services, including the Global Policy Assistant, to enhance employee access to policy guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance through automation, digital technologies and process optimisation.
• Monitor policy performance, manage business change impacts and lead programs that improve efficiency, consistency and partner experience.
