The Partner Apps Platform team enables internal and external teams to create, onboard, operate and scale web apps across Grab. We own the developer tooling, self-service capabilities, developer portal, backend platform and reliability foundations that make Partner Apps delivery safe, observable and efficient.

Get to Know the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will shape and build platform capabilities that simplify how Partner apps are onboarded, configured, reviewed, released and operated. You will work across the developer portal, webview javascript-bridge and backend services, lead technical decisions and help the team turn complex platform workflows into reliable self-service experiences.

You will report to the Software Engineering Manager, and be based onsite at the Grab One North office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Architect and deliver scalable portal experiences, backend services and APIs for the Partner Apps Platform.
• Lead the design of self-service capabilities that reduce manual work and improve the developer experience.
• Drive automation across Partner Apps onboarding, configuration, review and release workflows.
• Strengthen platform reliability and observability through telemetry, dashboards, alerts and operational tooling.
• Testing, security, performance and maintainable system design.
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, incident response and platform improvement.
• Mentor engineers and help evolve engineering practices across the team.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend and infrastructure teams to align priorities and deliver platform outcomes.
