GrabRentals is a core pillar of Grab's Mobility business, with the primary goal of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply to ensure liquidity for Grab's ride-hailing and delivery marketplace. We house teams focused on scaling and optimising supply channels across diverse vehicle and partner segments to meet dynamic consumer demand.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Growth, Demand Planning and Marketing team to support the growth and marketing workstreams that drive Grab's Autonomous Vehicle expansion and adoption. In this hands-on internship, you will move between campaign and partnership execution, marketing asset production, passenger insights, operational readiness, and performance reporting. You will get broad exposure across the business and direct ownership of tasks that matter to a live public service.

This internship runs fully on-site from January 2027 (6 months).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will support demand and growth workstreams by planning and build promotional campaigns, and referral or engagement programmes that grow rides and unique riders.
• You will support go-to-market and marketing execution by producing and coordinating passenger-facing assets and content across channels, and supporting partnership activations.
• You will translate customer feedback into clear insights to improve the passenger experience.
• You will support demand and passenger operations readiness, including events, reservations, on-ground assets, deployment coordination, and special activations.
• You will track main ridership and campaign metrics and help maintain regular performance reports.
