Get to Know the Role
You will play a pivotal role in understanding and serving the financial needs of our partners (drivers and merchants) and users by delivering best-in-class payment and insurance products through our digital platform. Working closely with local and regional internal stakeholders, you will bring innovative financial products to market while ensuring full compliance with applicable guidelines and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively identify impacts on current and future product offerings.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
• Drive Commercial Growth: Collaborate with banking and business partners to identify opportunities, utilizing strategic negotiations and compelling commercial proposals to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Optimize Payment Solutions: Analyze payment flows, transaction data, and partner performance metrics to optimize solutions and identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage Insurance Processes: Design and execute end-to-end insurance processes, developing targeted awareness campaigns to improve product adoption rates and market fit.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure the seamless implementation of new payment and insurance initiatives.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on payment and insurance performance for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Enhance User Experience: Gather, analyze, and translate customer feedback into actionable insights to refine our insurance and financial offerings.
