Get to know the Role

The EUC Specialist is a role responsible for owning defined end-user computing (EUC) operational outcomes and improving workplace technology experiences for Grabbers. This role is expected to independently manage scoped operational workstreams, identify recurring user pain points, and drive service improvements through data, documentation, automation, and close collaboration with internal teams and managed service partners. You will report to the Senior Country IT Manager. This is an onsite role based in Ho Chi Minh city.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Own day-to-day EUC operations for the assigned site or country, ensuring reliable support and service quality.
• Manage vendor escalations, monitor performance, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Create and improve SOPs, user guides, records, and knowledge-base content.
• Collaborate with GTS teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve end-user services.
• Support compliance and operational improvement initiatives through accurate asset management, automation, reporting, AI tools, and process standardisation.
