Senior Product Manager

People, skills and operational resources are critical to success in construction, engineering and other project-driven industries. Organisations must balance productivity, compliance, utilisation and cost while ensuring the right resources are available at the right time. 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to contribute to the strategy, discovery and delivery of operational workforce and resource management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries. 

You will drive product initiatives from discovery through adoption, working closely with customers, engineering, design and industry experts to validate opportunities, build business cases and deliver measurable outcomes. 

Based in the United Kingdom, the role has a global remit across North America, Europe and APMJA. You will work closely with customers, partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, validate needs and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. 

This role requires strong product leadership, strategic thinking and a passion for applying AI, automation and emerging technologies to solve complex workforce and operational challenges. 

What You Will Do 

Contribute to Product Strategy 

• Contribute to product strategy and shape roadmaps for designated product domains and investments. 

• Translate customer needs, market trends and industry insight into focused investments. 

• Balance customer value, commercial opportunity and platform evolution. 

• Deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. 

Drive Customer and Market Discovery 

• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, priorities and outcomes. 

• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and industry experts. 

• Validate opportunities before investment decisions are made. 

• Establish design partners and lighthouse customers to support discovery and adoption. 

Define the Product 

• Translate customer problems into product outcomes, experiences and success measures. 

• Drive prototyping, validation and iterative discovery. 

• Partner closely with engineering and design teams. 

• Leverage AI to accelerate discovery, innovation and product definition. 

Deliver Outcomes 

• Build evidence-led investment cases. 

• Drive initiatives from discovery through adoption. 

• Support positioning, launch and customer engagement. 

• Measure success through adoption, customer outcomes and business impact.
