Job Description

About the Team

The Jitterbit Product team drives innovation, growth, and customer satisfaction across the Harmony Platform. We are a collaborative, globally distributed group of Product Managers, each responsible for different parts of the product portfolio. We work closely with Engineering, UX Design, QA, Documentation, Support, Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and other teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions. We value curiosity, strategic thinking, clear communication, and execution excellence. This is a remote-first, fast-paced environment where self-motivated individuals can make a significant impact.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Jitterbit’s Connectors portfolio, a foundational capability within our integration ecosystem. The portfolio includes pre-built connectors for SaaS applications such as Salesforce and NetSuite, databases and data sources, and protocols such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JDBC, HTTP, and FTP. The role may also support adjacent Harmony applications and shared platform capabilities based on business priorities. You will work with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our connector strategy aligns with customer needs, partner ecosystems, technology changes, and broader platform goals. Your responsibilities will span the complete product lifecycle, including customer discovery, market analysis, product definition, roadmap planning, execution, release readiness, adoption, and lifecycle management.
