Job Description
Job Summary:
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels and components according to engineering drawings and production schedules. This role supports the efficient and accurate completion of electrical builds for hoist systems and other industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bill-of-materials.
• Assemble electrical components such as junction boxes, terminals, push buttons, and control panels.
• Perform wiring operations including cutting, stripping, crimping, and mounting wires to connect electrical units.
• Conduct point-to-point testing and verify functionality of assembled systems.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and ESD handling protocols.
• Document work progress and report any discrepancies or delays to the supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and Lean practices.
