About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Quality Control / Quality Assurance Engineer (Electrical) to join our quality team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with defined quality standards across all stages of the project lifecycle — from inward material inspection to Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI).
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in electrical inspections, crane electrical systems, welding quality checks, and quality management processes, with a strong commitment to reliability, safety, and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Inward Inspection & Material Quality
• Conduct incoming inspections of electrical, mechanical, and fabricated components including cables, motors, drives, panels, relays, contactors, and structural assemblies.
• Verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs), calibration reports, and supplier quality documentation.
• Ensure materials comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards prior to release for production.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and coordinate with purchase/vendor teams for corrective action.
• Maintain inspection records, GRN logs, and rejection reports.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard
