As part of the Topicality AI team, you will work end to end across the content recommendation lifecycle:

• Understand and model content quality with agentic LLMs guided by human feedback

• Match content to members by revolutionizing retrieval and ranking systems with state-of-the-art generative models

• Decide where and when content appears across LinkedIn’s Feed and surfaces to maximize member value
