Change, Configuration & Release Analyst - IT Service Delivery

We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Change, Configuration & Release team within IT Service Delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support, Service Desk, Project Coordination or a similar environment who is looking to develop a career in IT Service Management.

Previous Change or Release Management experience is beneficial but not essential. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams.

This role is based on a hybrid working arrangement from our Hartlepool office.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and managing Change requests throughout their lifecycle.
• Reviewing requests to ensure all required information has been provided.
• Supporting Change planning and implementation activities.
• Facilitating Change-related meetings and documenting outcomes.
• Liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery of Change activity.
• Monitoring upcoming Releases and helping assess readiness, dependencies and potential risks.
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Providing guidance and support to stakeholders on Change Management processes.
