Assistant Director Of Sales

Support the Director of Sales in achieving the hotel's commercial objectives by driving sales revenue, developing new business, managing key accounts, and strengthening the hotel's position in the Riyadh market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the hotel's sales strategy and business plans.
• Drive room revenue, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and overall sales targets.
• Develop new corporate, government, MICE, group, and business accounts.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
• Manage and grow corporate and government accounts within the Riyadh market.
• Develop MICE, meetings, conferences, and group business.
• Work closely with Revenue Management to maximize revenue and market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Support negotiations of corporate contracts, rates, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor account production, sales performance, and conversion rates.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
• Support, coach, and guide the Sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Reservations, Front Office, F&B;, Events, Finance, and Revenue Management.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
• Ensure compliance with Radisson Hotel Group standards, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the hotel professionally at networking events, exhibitions, client meetings, and industry functions
