We are currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team. • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional and friendly manner

• Present menus, explain daily specials, promotions, and signature dishes

• Demonstrate full knowledge of the FireLake grill concept, menu items, ingredients, and allergens

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system

• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards

• Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature cocktails

• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding efficiently to requests

• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

• Assist with table setup, mise-en-place, and closing duties

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow

• Ensure billing accuracy and process payments correctly

Competitive Salary provided - AED 1,600
