Job Description
Managing and leading a team responsible for Pre/Post silicone activities related to RF, Analog and Phy System circuit building blocks (from Transistor level to full chain/system) to meet functional and performance specifications in order to give Renesas a competitive advantage in the IC market.
• Be knowledgeable about the System, block and circuit level.
• Find problems during Pre-Silicone phase and plan DFT solutions
• Implement RF/Analog Driver definition and fixes.
• Responsible for Bringing up of the chip in the lab (mostly debugging).
• Responsible for evaluating the chip performance (mostly optimizing).
• Support design with mitigating issues.
• Define automation and tooling for analysis, debugging and data collection.
• Analyse data statistics and provide formal data sheet parameters.
