Job Description

• Responsible for helping Marketing translate customer and standardization bodies’ requirements into state-of-the-art SoC architectures and detailed target specifications
• Defining innovative and robust architectural plans for the Division’s connectivity SoCs targeting lowest power consumption, smallest system size and lowest cost solutions
• Derive new concepts and IP blocks required for future oriented ICs, including external IP selection and vendor relationships
• Drive the feasibility assessment of new product platforms
• Conduct performance evaluation/simulation of SoC architectures (e.g. bus/ cache performance)
• Generate documentation (e.g. Objective Specifications, Datasheet, Verification Plan, Production Test Plan)
• Scanning of related technologies and market trends; competitive analysis
