• Collaborate with product owners to translate business and user needs into intelligent, well-architected features, owning your work from design through implementation, automated testing, and delivery.
• Develop extensible and user-friendly software that enables customers to customize and leverage AI-driven functionality to solve real-world problems.
• Build intuitive, performant JavaScript UI components (e.g. LitJs, DaisyUI, TailwindCSS) to ensure flexibility for customer-specific needs.
• Champion our quality-first mindset by integrating automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright) into CI/CD workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality releases.
• Participate in design and code reviews, championing best practices in performance, maintainability, and testability.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of AI-enabled products and features, while improving the reliability, observability, and production readiness of the existing product suite.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance across the stack, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
• Serve as a mentor for colleagues, sharing best practices for software craftsmanship, responsible AI integration, and continuous improvement.
