Technical Lead
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Python, and AI-powered application development, Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI solutions. Experience with React-based front-end development and AWS cloud technologies would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, architecting scalable solutions, and delivering modern AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and cloud-native technologies.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, mentor developers and AI engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive innovation through the adoption of AI and modern engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance applications using React, Python, and AWS.
• Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows where appropriate.
• Mentor and guide developers and AI engineers, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Integrate AI services, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and external APIs into business applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, software engineering trends, and cloud-native best practices.
